If you wish to make automatic contributions to the church, please print the “Automatic Contribution Form” that is below, complete the form and do one of the following:
Bring it to church and place it in the collection plate or
Drop it off at the church office.
Mail it to the office: Immanual Lutheran Church of Lebanon, N554 County Road R, Watertown, WI 53098.
